Tommy doesn't like his time to be wasted, so he is cut and dry on the phone. In person, though, he is funny and entertaining. He remembered what haircut I got from 6 months ago, and it was only my second time seeing him. His hours sometimes vary, but he is quick and cheap. $17 for a men's regular haircut.

Tommy IS great. If he's rude on phone, its because he is busy, and can be short and to the point, but he's UBER friendly, and simply does a great job. My wife tried to cut my hair - she messed up - went to him, he not only fixed it, he gave me my best haircut so far.
I highly recommend him. Make an appt.

Very RUDE on phone, I called to get prices for a mens hair cut and the guy basically said no and hung up!
