TN Hair Salon is the BEST! I've been with them the past 5 years and I won't go anywhere else. I've gotten my hair done with just about every hair stylist there but I found Teresa to cut my hair the best. They actually LISTEN to what you want and know exactly what to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to TN to get my roots touched up and my hair hightlight. I walked in with short eggplant colored hair walked out with the most butchered highlights ever. Mid process they decided to tell me that I wouldnt be able to reach the level of blonde hightlights I planned on getting and I would end up with Carmel... which is fine, but my highlights ended up a dull pinkish. I complained about the color and they asked me to call back next wednesday. Its Friday. Nothing for nothing if I pay for a touch up an highlights with a $20 dollar tip and Im not happy the least you can do is fix it ASAP not tell me to call back 6 days later. In my opinion this salon is terrible, and if you want your hair done look into another salon.
