I bought a galaxy grand prime here but it does not say galaxy grand prime on the back , what does that mean? Some of my friends tell me its fake lmao

One of the worst T-Mobile store as far as customer service.people operate this store as it was there
Family business. Rather then a Corp store. Shame on T-Mobile training there ppl like that

The workers here are usually not helpful. I always end up leaving the store and calling corporate and ordering via telephone. I try to avoid going to this store if I don't have to. Also, it's a very small store.
