T-Mobile Staten Island

One of my worst experiences ever. I needed a new phone. I picked the v10 LG because of the promotion. You would be given an extra battery and 200 gig card but you had to apply on the website before Dec 1. This is what I was told at the store. Ok I go on site on Nov 26, lo and behold this promotion was good from oct 15 to Nov 15 and I received the phone at store in nov18. So they sold me on a promotion that didn't exist. I called t mobile, they said try fixing this at the store first. I did that and my original sales rep wasn't there, the girl I did deal was smug and said there is nothing I can do just go on the website and apply for it. I said I tried that. She said the best we can do is give you 30 dollars store credit. So they try to shut you up with 30 dollars. I said no way. I called t mobile the first two representatives dropped the call on me, let me explain something I never get belligerent on phone and always stay professional. Finally I get the third guy Russel and he sees that I also denied the 30 dollar credit that t mobile representative offered me.so he tried to fix it. I have been loyal to t mobile for three years now. As soon as this thing is up I am leaving them. They told me call LG and well reimburse you for the battery and go to staples and well reimburse you for a 64 gig card. What the neck is going on. They falsly sold me a phone under false promises and then they can't own what they said because it was an LG promotion so I should contact LG. But there people sold it to me. I'm not going around and wasting anymore of my time with this. I have a company and was going to pick t mobile to do our communications. No way this is what I get for loyalty. Bye bye.

Pleasant staff that is knowledgeable and fair.

Store was pretty crowded when I came, and it may have been the time of day I visited. Still, staff was not very communicative and ended up wasting my time because they failed to tell me from the get go that they didn't have what I needed. Poor communication by staff, and super busy.

This is a very welcoming and spacious store, big parking lot so its easy to access and shop in. Wonderful and friendly staff!
