Worst T-Mobile I have ever been to. I do not understand how they can treat people in this store. The fact of the matter is that it wasn't even the employees it was the manager itself who was the worst. This place deserves 4 stars for the employees they were awesome and very helpful. But I have never been so disrespected by upper management as I was in this store. I have a so many lines with T-Mobile and I would suspect they want to keep my business as I spend more then $2,000 a month on phone service. Long story short came in to add a line employee couldn't add it so I called business line and they were able to add it Manager jumped in and this is his exact words "If we don't add the line then you are just wasting everybody's time here" what??? I'm wasting your time because you aren't making commission off me? seriously? Never have a heard upper management speak to a customer like this I would understand if the employee was upset but for the manager to just come out and speak to a customer in this manner was unacceptable. I own my own business and have dealt in the customer service business for almost 10+ years and I have never treated a customer the way I was treated. This man should be fired and someone with customer service experience should be put in place. Horrible 0 stars for management 4 stars for employee that helped me
