Although the whole store is generally pretty slow, the service is pretty good. The clerks are funny and get the job done. Fayyaz is the absolute best!

The worst customer service ever. Unless they're getting a sale, they are unwelcoming and sometimes outright hostile. Even though this is the closet location to me, I have to travel another 20 mins to get to another location because I can guarantee they are either too busy gossiping with each other to attend to customers or the "computer system will be down."

Axel is the best customer service rep. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. :) Asset to the company.

I wish I can give 0 stars this is continuously the worst T-Mobile store I've ever been to!!! Every time I Come to this store they are either closed early or I have to wait extremely long for service. The service is horrible...the sales associates are rude...they need extra training or to be fired all together. I came here to pay my bill they were closed 40 mins early not at 8 o'clock. I knocked on the door they said they can't pay bills after a certain time. Which I know is a lie!! On top of that they had customers in the store already. Then I saw them let someone else into the store after I left!! Worst store ever...I would not want these associates representing my brand if I was T-Mobile.
