Put me on the wrong plan. I wanted roaming and stated that as my reason for switching to T-mobile. This is continue to cause countless headaches starting from being stranded in Canada with no phone, to now getting new SIMs with new numbers defeating the purpose of the hassle in porting numbers from Virgin Mobile USA. They also overcharged me for the Nexus 5 by $50 (compared with Google Play) and then told me it would be a $50 repackaging charge for returns. I real regret going to this store and trusting them.

I went there because of a problem with my contract. The girl at the desk was useless and just handed me the phone to call customer service .. at one point I left and went to T-Mobile store in white plains mamaroneck avenue. The guy there was super helpful and knew the in & out of my phone and contract. I left with the problem solved.
