I'm a T-Mobile customer with an iPhone. I rely heavily on this phone for business. When new business comes in, there is usually a phone call involved. For days I had not gotten any calls. All calls went to voicemail. Existing clients were not getting through and I missed calls from potential new clients as well. I went in today and spoke with Lisbeth Torres, the Manager. It took her all of one minute to diagnose the problem, fix it, replicate the problem, and explain to me how to prevent missing future calls. Ms. Torres is great, if you're lucky enough to have her help you. The other staff has always been helpful too, but this service today was very timely, helpful, and courteous.
