Harry and Bianca always provide exceptional service. They have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions, and always do so with good humor and kindness -- I don't even live in RVC anymore, but still go there for anything phone-related, because they are that good.

I've always been a Big fan of TMobile in Rockville centre since they opened their doors on 2011.
Always very respectful of my time and needs, I just resigned all my phones with t mobile.
The Manager is my go to guy when it comes to all things technical even when its not t mobile related they help me.
I was recommended by my in-laws they've been tmobile customers for 10+ years, I highly recommended this store and will definitely go back.

I walked-in mid Feb because my wife broke her phone, I have at&t for 13 years and she has T-Mobile.
I usually don't like to shop at dealers mostly because I've been defrauded a couple of times, Let me tell you that Harry and his Team really know what they are doing. He gave me loaner phone for no cost (I had forgotten my wallet at home) He was very courteous and told me to come back later and pay.
On that following Monday I went back to return the loaner and pay for it he refused to take money for it (you don't get to see a lot of that now days). I've been shopping here since then I just moved my business phones over from at&t, Harry is very knowledgeable and professional, He guided me to the Nexus phone and Tablet I like them both and my co-workers got the same thing. I like how they took care of my cancellation fee from at&t and gave me some discounts on everything I bought.
I highly recommend T-mobile and especially their Rockville center store for all your cell-phone needs.

Walked in because T-mobile tech support sent me to a "local retail store" to get a SIM card. The manager Harry was extremely unpleasant, rude, and intentionally unhelpful. He condescendingly snarled that the current data plan I had was "nothing" and insisted he knew what was best for me. I will never go there again, I am sure this location will not last long. I left the store feeling so insulted that I will probably file a complaint with T-mobile headquarters.
