T-Mobile Perth Amboy

I went to this store for an upgrade on my son's phone. One of the employees did take care of me very well until the rebate. The phone was purchased in the end of July 2011 and a rebate only takes 6 to 8 weeks. I thought the store was good that I even took my mother there and she has not received her rebate either. I have gone to the store and called several times and keep getting the run around. We are now in January 2012 and still have not received the rebate. I rather deal with people that are responsible and not looking to make a quick buck. I will never go back to this store not even for a free phone. The sales rep Christian is slick saying he will mail out your rebate but probably kept it for himself. Then the manager just keeps passing the buck instead of taking responsibility for his employee. It only took the manager 2 weeks to finally step up for his employees errors.
