I was hesitant to go into this store because is in Paterson , I decided to stop by anyway . Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, many times I've walked into a tmobile store and be helped with whatever it is I need these guys were so dumb they told me they'll dial customer service for me!!! Why would I need them to dial for me? I needed them to take care of my issue not send me to call another number. Horrible customer service

Great customer service. I was able to do in 5 mins what I could not get done in 2 hours on the phone with T-Mo.
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
