The plans are extremely expensive and there is no option to add data when you exceed your plan.

Worst Tmobile store ever. They have no clue how to deal with people. No Respect to client ! its hard to believe but while you trying to talk to them one of associate was dancing, right next to the client.. I was there to convert my prepaid account to regular account, just because i m going out of state soon and i dont want to deal with prepaid account. Before i go there i spoke to Tmobile customer service and i mentioned that I am going to use that regular account only about a month then when i come back to US i ll convert my regular account to prepaid account. They told me that they can convert my account through phone and they will send me my simcard through mail and when ever i want i can convert back to prepaid account. But im going out of country very soon so thats why i have no time to wait mail. They told me that: Then i need to stop any of Tmobile location and convert my account and get the simcard from hand.

That was the reason i stop by here. There was retail sales associate his name is Kristoffer IIes. I explained everything to him but he told me that he will not convert my account because he think that im trying to take an advantage (!) from Tmobile. He said that im going to use that regular account only one month then i ll go back to prepaid account its not the thing i can do. I dont understand if im paying for it what was the reason he did not do it. He told me that i need to call Tmobile customer service and convert it through phone that way i can do it otherwise he will not do it. Here is the question: If you know that i am able to convert my account through customer service what is the reason you did not want to do it overthere ??

I called to customer service and let them know that there is a person who did not helpme out about converting my account they put me on the line and tried to reach store manager but after few minute she got me back and said Im sorry they put me on line and they never give respond.

Its funny that not even Tmobile Customer service was not able to reach them.. Then she told me that if i was around let me go store back and get store manager name and give it to her. Then i did exactly what she said. I went store back and i got one of store manager name and i gave it to her.

One of store name was Glorives Alvarez which she was not there when this thing happened.. Never go back !

Bought four lines under the promise of the buy one get one phone half off. When I tried to redeem it was told that the purchase was not eligible despite buying 4 full price phones. Complete customer scam. Avoid T-Mobile promotions.
