For the e employees of this store selling candies or sim cards is the same: they have no clue what they dealing with. They charged me also 20$ to switch from a micro to a nano sim

I visited several T-mobile locations and got extremely frustrated with the up sell and the unknowledgeable sales associates, after doing some research and reading reviews I decided to visit this location. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made, the sales person (Willfredo) was so great and he was able to accomplish everything I needed. This is a busy location so if you can come in as early in the day as possible, it can get hectic in there! Thanks for the knowledgeable and professional treatment, it was overall a great experience!
