Went in for a Warranty exchange. Everything was swell until I had to wait over a week for a phone. Then when my phone finally comes I find out that the employee that helped typed in my IME number wrong. So now I have to wait another couple of days for a phone.
Girl with the cornrows and lips. Look over your work before you put in ab order because thanks to you Im fucked.

The worst tmobile I've been to in new York this is sad I bought my iphone from another location because the guy there felt like he wasn't going to make a sale so he was an ass and lazy and dismissive

Customer service is horrible at best,tons of profiling which kills me since I've been a tmobile customer for years
