VERY VERY POOR customer service. If you want your time wasted go there to make a t-mobile account. I guarantee you will have to go back in 5 more times to get things figured out and right. Their customer service and everything is flat out terrible.

Poor customer service. Incredibly Unhelpful when you call this store. I called the store to ask if a device was in stock and was told to come in to find out. At the store I waited more than half an hour before anyone would address me only to be told it was not in stock.
