This location is shake-down central. Stay away. I went in to get an upgrade to my iPhone (from 5 to 6s) Long story short, after I tell them the color I want, the sales rep comes out and says something to the effect of "So, our policy is that any iPhone we sell has to be sold with a phone case and screen protector."
.....What?
So, I initially think "Ok, I'll get the cheapest case as I'm probably going to buy one I actually want later and a screen protector can't be that expensive." The "cheapest" case is $29.99 and the screen protector is $35.99. Yeah, hell no. I tell them they are absolutely killing me with this and that I need to go out to make a call. I call my mother to tell her what has gone down and after a little while, we get on the phone with a TMobile HQ representative who was completely beside themselves hearing about this "policy". She asks to speak to the sales rep to which the rep says "Oh, she has to all the store number." Fishy. The HQ rep calls about 5 times but the phone never rings. She's convinced they had the phone silent. How convenient. She tells me to go ahead and get the accessories with the phone as they don't want me to leave empty handed after dealing with all this but that she will need the exact amount that the accessories cost so she can immediately reimburse me and also so she can get all the info to file a formal complaint against the store. You can not FORCE people to buy things they don't want to buy by holding their phones hostage. It is straight up extortion what they're doing and I hope no one else falls for it. Or if you do, immediately contact TMobile to file a complaint against them.
