In a years time this place has gone down so much. The old crew there knew what T-mobile is but now all you have is a couple of people with nasty attitudes and no clue what's going on. Takes close to two hours to upgrade two phones and to ring up the accessories. Moving around time sucks and if only a certain employ there can keep his pants up..it would be nice not to see what color boxers he has on every time m there. Overall experience comparing from how it used to be to now? Need a 360 in there

Great service.
Better than the 800 number.
The 800 number always gives me run around and sends me here.
I leave here happy.
Although it's a waste of my time when everything should be convenient online.
