I had a bad experience here. Originally came to pick up an order. I received the email that it was ready to pick up. While waiting for the phone the employee told me to remove all data from my iPhone. Comes to find out the phone was "not there" and now I am left with a blank phone. I called customer service from T-moblie , comes to find out the phone was there and it is waiting to be relieved. What a waste of time and what hurts the most is that the employee seem to not care.

Yessica, Prashanth and Marc gave excellent customer service. They made everything really easy and smooth and went out of their way to help me out. I moved to the area recently and now know exactly where to go for all of my phone needs for myself, my family and friends. Highly recommended!! Thanks for the iPhones!! See you again soon.
