T-Mobile Jamaica

This store is the worst. They will do anything to make money off of you. Black Friday weekend there was a promotion going on for "6 GB per line, them handling your switching costs from your old carrier to them, $5 monthly for an iPhone 6S and $11 for the iPhone 6S plus". It was a scam. The sales associate gurbej lied to my mother and I about this "promotion." He told us that everything would be taken care of regarding our AT&T account, to bring him our last bill and he will put in the reimbursement claim. My mom took the last bill to him which was $1600+. He assured her it would be taken care of. We received a reimbursement credit card for $110. 3 months after fighting with them, t-mobile customer service & their freedom carrier department I was forced to handle this bill or be put in collections by AT&T. Our sales associate's response was "I'm sorry I didn't know this would happen & he misunderstood the conditions". Horrible customer service. Not to mention we have been calling this store for the past month trying to get in contact with the store manager who is always conveniently in a conference call, in which I have yet to receive a call back from. Do not waste your time with them. They are the biggest scammers I've encountered.

First off, I hate phone companies. They rank up there with cable companies, insurance companies, and doctors' offices.

That being said, I had a perfect experience at this T-Mobile. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and capable, and the manager kind of fluttered around helping everyone. He (Mohammed, I think) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They gave me simple, clear information to help me switch companies. They gave me honest advice. This is exactly what customer service should be.

Much better than my previous company.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WENT THERE TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE UNIT BOX AND I HAD TO GO THOROUGH 5 CUSTOMER REPS AND AFTER WASTING 30 MIN THEY HAD TOLD THAT I HAVE TO SEND IT THROUGH UPS AND WHEN I SPOKE TO C.S.R OVER THE PH HE TOLD ME ALL CORPORATE DEALERS CAN TAKE THE DEFECTIVE UNIT BOX
