Customers service sucks

I have used Tmobile for a long time now I'm sad to say that these little franchise stores that represent Tmobile are not doing a very good job. I went into this store today and advised the representative (guy) that I lost my phone and a claim was already filed and I was authorized to get another phone thru my Jump. He proceeded to basically speak to whole store as if I was across the store and told me no I can't help and won't call customer service line and that customer service was basically useless. I just basically told him I'm right here you don't need to be loud and create drama. Of, course he said no im not etc, etc. etc. I would definitely not recommend this store. Take an extra 10 minutes and go were professionals work.

extremely SLOW service, walked in with 1 person in front of me & 2 out of 3 reps helping people... waited a half hour before deciding to leave
