I cant tell you the bad experience I have had with this store. The guy who sold me the phone and the service was very great and nice when I was signing up for the service, but when I had a change of mind, and wanted to go back to my old carrier, he become a grinch. He threatened me if I wanted to cancel the account i had to come in this one particular day, when Tmobile, clearly stated that I had two days after the day he stated to me. He also sold me and my bf a refurbished phone. I would never trust him again, and whoever goes here, double check the phone with Tmobille as you read them back the IMe #. I really thought I was getting a good deal, but he and this store was a big snake. !!
