overcharged me for a sim card. i called tech support and they said the sim card should've cost only $6.99 to $10.00. i paid $20.00 at this retail location and when i asked for a receipt, they gave me a photocopied generic receipt with no business name or information that gives a hint that the receipt came from t-mobile.

i definitely recommend this store... The Service is great and the prices are hard to beat... Everytime my phone has a problem, they take care of it. 5 star rating off the top

The guys at the store were great. They explained all the phones to me much better than the Radio Shack next door. I was able to get my phone and service at a price that saved me a good amount of money from what I was paying with Verizon.

Transfered my service from AT&T to T-Mobile was highly satisfied with all the product and services I got from this store. I got a family plan with all great free phones and accessories :).
The Manager was extremely helpful.
