The store manager was just soo rude. I saw ridiculous amount of money on my phone bill. I tried to fix it but the store manager was very disrespectful. Yelling and screaming all over the place. Sad such a great firm is run by such an unprofessional individual :(.

The store manager, Tamika (or something like that) is very rude and not customer friendly at all. Very difficult to get a transaction done

never picks up the phone had to go to the store to find out information about repair service.
whats the point of having your number online. it cant be that busy. zero stars
