There is only one person that works here that knows how to treat customers. The rest of them need lessons on how to speak to people.

Had them get the unlock code for my phone for me and it wasnt done by the time I left the country. Now I have to struggle to get it myself through T Mobile. Why promise me that you are going to do something when you will not do it?
