T-Mobile Brooklyn

For Me its was a very rude experience, when to pick up a Phone there and the rep who was taking care with me starting when to the Back and i dont know what happened back their but the store Manager came out and she looked at me then called the other staff member in the back and then they stayed there for a few then told me i cant get the phone because i need more than one id lol and i was still there saying this dont make no scenes at all then a next rep came over to me and i was telling him then he went back in the back of the store again with my id and he this time came out and side to me sir u next the tax id that am using to take out the Business line in because the one you have in your hand is not good lol ok so i said to him sir this is the original then he looked at it and go back in the back of the store. then i called the rep i spoke with on the phone and she spoke with them and this is what they told her that my id is fake and it was the two id i got from dmv that is my drivers lic and my state id. they are not and i repeat they r not a Cooperate T-Mobile store they r a on the side store they r fake and they dont know what they r doing.the Manager there is a High school drop out and very rude and as the say if the head is like that. thats all i have to say dont bring your business there.

Horrible customer service. Worst T-Mobile I've ever been to. If I could give negative stars I would.
