Tried to charge my mother $25 to switch her regular phone sim card to a iphone sim card. I did mine in staten island for free and they didn't even cut my sim card they gave me a brand new one. This t-mobile store tries so hard to make a dollar. When i went to order my 5s they tried to talk us into getting the plan where you have to pay extra on every month to pay off the phone for an hour. Even when i tried to just order the phone through them they kept pushing me to get that plan where you have to pay off your phone. worst experience ever, they also tried to sell us cases....
