Lost Tmobile respect a while ago. Anyways went in to pay a bill took 40 mins. The only sales rep who looked concern was rafael R. Never met him or interact with him but observed my sorrounding he has great leadership skills. Then a chubby dark skin young girl who looks like dont wanna be there and I understand if Retail is Not for you then just quit its okay too. Anyways she took my payment never greeted me, never checked my ID never asked , never cared. So I asked her few question specially about a price on my trade in she said a low balled number to jump the next activation and said I personally have to call in customer care to get the exact trade in value like hello after 40 mins thanks for your answer. Next time ill go online. I left because I was like thats not true and I just dont want to get into an argument with nobody at least try to help or something just dont brush people off....anyways shame on me for not getting her name.

Horrible service...treated like an inconvenience ...I can only assume because I wasn't opening up a contract or plan...only had questions and concerns about an existing contract and phone device issue

Went to Tmobile to buy a charger. The sales rep was rude with his answers, interrupted our conversation to talk to his friend for a smoothie and went to talk to his friends outside after putting the charger on the desk for me. Won't be returning here.

TERRIBLE.
Sales rep said we had 14 days to return the phone if we are dissatisfied and 30 days to get out of the contract without any penalty.Reading the contract at the store takes a long time so we simply asked questions and expected factual responses. That was a big mistake. We decided to cancel everything when they refused to let us switch to another plan. While speaking to the corporate customer service rep on the phone (the people at the store said they couldn't terminate the contract), the rep cut the service in the middle of the conversation after claiming she couldn't do it until a future date. So the phone simple went dead and a message about provisioning appeared. How do you disconnect the service from a line that you are communicating to the customer on without finalizing the call? Additionally we were told we couldnt get our number back. T-mobile has clearly been my worst mobile experience
