I've always had a good experience shopping at this store. I travel from Manhattan, the stores in my area have lousy customer service.

I WAS THERE 6/24/2015. EXCITED I WAS FINALLY UPGRADING FROM A PHONE I HAD FOR 3 YEARS. I WENT FROM A IPHONE 5 TO A GALAXY EDGE. AFTER I WAS THERE FOR 3 HOURS, I COME TO FIND OUT THE NEXT DAY I WAS SOLD THE WRONG PHONE. I ASKED FOR THE GALAXY EDGE AND I WAS SOLD A GALAXY S6 EDGE. THE SALES PERSON NEVER GAVE ME OPTIONS OR EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS TO ME. I KNEW IT LOOKED DIFFERENT AND IT WASNT LOOKING LIKE WHAT I HAD SEEN BEFORE. I TOLD HIM THAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE DIFFERENT, BIGGER AND WITH THE EDGE ON THE RIGHT SIDE WIDER. HE NEVER TOLD ME THERE WAS DIFFERENT PRODUCTS ON THAT MODEL. I FEEL UPSET BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AND DEAL WITH THE LONG PROCESS AND ALSO BECAUSE HE SHOULD HAD TOLD ME FROM THE BEGINNING THE DIFFERENTIATION ON THE EDGE AND EDGE S6. I FEEL I WAS SCAMMED SOMEHOW.

Its a decent store nothing impressive..they have loud music which is very disturbing...what i disliked most about my experience was that no one welcomed me and all the staff seemed very unattentive to the customer. I requested to be dkrected to where the blackberry phpnes are at and they sinply said "oh we dont have room for it out here there in the back storage, if u want to see it we can show it to you." thats not very nice nor does it benefit blackberry or people who might want to familiarise themselves with the product.

I have been over to this store 4 times already for a problem with my bill and they are all incompetent. Every time I go they tell me the problem is solved which it is not at all. Their employees have serious attitudes over the phone when they can not figure out the answers to my question. I actually just called to speak to the manager on duty and the first thing they ask me is "Who is this". Why does it matter who I am ? I am customer of 5 plus years who has a issue which can be solved in the store!
