Horrible service by this employee name Eddy. Piss poor attitude, has a smart mouth for no reason, made me feel unwelcomed. I walked into the store wanting to upgrade my phone. I tell him I want to use jump to upgrade my phone and that my sister is the holder of the account. So he replied rudely: all you had to say is that I want to upgrade my phone you don't have to say all that. Basically he felt the need to correct the way I say things in a sassy way. It is not his place to correct me because I'm the one spending my hard earned money to buy a phone. Seriously don't even go to this store go to the one on 170 and Jerome, much better service and had much better experience.

Lies, lies and more lies just like the t-mobile store on 170th street and jerome. This store only wants to sell you a phone if you buy a phone case and protector. Starting at 30 or more each. I've contacted hq months ago but Cleary they don't care. I'm happy with my unlimited plan. That's the only reason I stay with this company . Don't go to this store. Find another store call upfront and ask if you have to pay for a case and protector in order to buy a phone.
