Oh how I wish zero stars were possible! Absolutely useless staff. A decade with T-mobile but this store will make you want to leave.
2 incidents less than 5 days.
1. Last week, called 611 because the audio wasn't working during phone calls. They went through troubleshooting the phone and there was no change. 611 customer service told us to go into a corporate store and have them process an exchange for the phone. I'm assuming they wanted to make sure there was no physical damage to the phone before they accepted the exchange. Ok, great. No problem. We walked in, they informed us the phone couldn't be exchanged because it was out of warranty. We have insurance though. There's nothing they can do. We'd have to purchase a new phone. Thanks, but no thanks. Left. Called 611...again. Told them what had happened. They apologized and processed the exchange, which I guess they could've initially done. However, we've got a problem solved. No thanks to the staff at the store.
2. Again, Galaxy s6. Shut off on me, won't restart. At all. I didn't back up anything from my phone so with anxiety I decided to go back into a store because calling anyone wasn't an option. The associate took my phone, pushed a few buttons and asked if I did a reset. I asked her what exactly that entailed because I pushed every single button possible and I had no response from it but she can try whatever she desired, as long as it was back on. She went to find her manager to see if she can do anything because she had the same phone. The manager took the case off the phone, popped out the SIM and inserted it. Said there's no water damage, process an exchange and walked away. The rep said she'd process an exchange. I asked, so my phone...nothing? You can't connect it to your diagnostic machine thingy and maybe see if it responds? "No, sorry." But I have nothing backed up. I have over a thousand photos there. Nope. No effort. Didn't even attempt. I said no exchange, I'm calling 611 when I get home to see what they can do for me. "How are you going to call if your phone doesn't turn on?" Thank goodness for landlines, right?
Home. 800-Tmobile. Volume down & power. Forced restart. Powered on. All information still stored.
WAS THAT SO HARD T-MOBILE OF BELLEROSE?
Oh and the kicker, they managed to break off a piece of my phone case while removing it from my phone which I didn't realize until after the fact.

Just walked out of the store looking to purchase 4 sims and switch over from Verizon. I already bought 4 Galaxy 5 S's.
There was a young girl that seemed really young (possibly in high school) and a second female working there. The young girl was very unhelpful and just did not want to be bothered eventhough I told her I was looking to switch over 4 lines. She gave me a look asif to say :"So? Why are you bothering me". I then asked her what she needed for me to start the service she basically stopped talking and started walking away to get 3 sheets of printer paper for her colleague because they ran out of paper on that machine. Once she got back her colleague asked why she only got 3 sheets and she said she didnt feel like walking over to the place to get more. I was amazed. She spoke in slang the entire time and never gave complete answers or used complete sentences. If you represent a business as a sales person, you should alteast have communication skills.
I then politely asked her for the family plan brochure to which she said sure, give me a second. A few minutes later she was still distracted and I never got the paper. I walked around the store and there was not a single printout with the plan info. I ended up walking out the store without activating 4 new lines and canceling 4 competitor lines.
I've done business a few years back in this place and I can truly tell you that while it looks much better inside, the quality of service I received tonight has me rethinking the entire t-mobile switch from verizon. If this is a sign of the type of service I'm going to receive it truly concerns me.
Thanks for reading.
