Very disappointed with this chain, and especially this location.
If you have a problem with an item from TJ, you must return it ONLY to TJ Maxx; their sister stores Marshall's and Home Goods won't process it.
When I tried to return a defective frying pan (the non-stick peeled off on the first use even with teflon-safe utensils), the "manager" here said they couldn't take back defective merchandise and snottily told me to contact the manufacturer; it was used.
Buyer beware. It might be a good deal, but it seems like you are stuck with this purchase. Don't shop here.
