cuticles are barely touched, nails are never properly shaped .. what is the point

Took my daughter here for prom and she loved it. The manager is extremely friendly and helpful. She understood what my daughter wanted and her nails turned out beautiful. Overall very satisfied with the outcome and the prices were fair. Definitely bringing the younger one here.
