Synergy Fitness Club - Baldwin

Dirty, smells moldy. Not a good establishment.

cant wait to visit , I used to live in Baldwin , and im in the gym biz,

This gym is very nice; the staff are very courteous, respectful, friendly and also helful. Yes i do agree that they don't have the best parking but that should not matter if you're serious about going to the gym. the machines are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the equipments are not out of service for long and they have enough there. So if anyone is complaining about parking maybe they should picking up their lazy ass and start walking. That's part of fitness if they don't know.
Before anyone make a decision on what these ppl write they should go and see for themselves.

This place has everything! Great staff equipment and space!

Synergy Fitness in Baldwin NY is an awesome place. Great motivational atmosphere, people who care and they extended a lot of consideration to me while I am here in New York. I have had great work outs there, too. Highly recommended!
