The noisy part is not the problem with the symphony house. Anyone who decides to live in midtown have to count the fact that it's a noisy and polluted area.
The scary part about the symphony house is that someone from the building (weather it was a handy man, a door man, but most probably someone from the board of that building) entered my apartment when I was away and looked through my private stuff. That person even copied my phone book and started to harass my friends and family. That is illegal to do. I still don' t know who entered my apartment when I was away (and i don't want to know that). But it's never ok to do so. Never. Never.
