Opposite experience! I have always had terrific results using this dry cleaner. In fact, I have followed them through a couple of moves. They are nice people and do a great job. There is a tailor there too, if you need alterations. Great neighborhood asset.

I put some shirts and a suit jacket in this cleaners and got evrything back just like i gave it to them.The only difference was that it was on a hanger. Shirts were wrinkled, collar still dirty, jacket was still stained. Wow I could of chosen from 1000 dry cleaners in my area why did I CHOOSE this one.
