Sylvan Parking Co

I valet as a monthly customer at their Jersey City location. The guys in the garage did some damage to the rear bumper, unclear how it happened, but there is a dent in it. They denied any coverage based on the fact that I did not see the damage until after I had got to my destination in the morning. I did not do a walk-around before leaving the garage.
I asked them to pull the security camera footage, as this would show beyond any reasonable doubt, what happened. I was told they would pull the footage, but they would not share it with me, and would not honor any damage as I did not bring it to their attention before leaving the garage. If you have another option for parking you should choose it.

Rude employees with limited English. I had to wait 40 minutes for my ticket, which was added to the price, and my door was slammed so hard it doesn't shut right anymore. These people are crooks.

Does anybody use Sylvan PArking co. at 75th ave Forest hills? I just moved to that area and want to know where is a good place for parking lot rental...any suggestion or opinions? greatly appreciated!
