Swifto- GPS tracked Dog Walking

I love how the walks are a flat fee, and they don’t charge anything extra for evening or weekend walks. I also LOVE the GPS tracking (which, not like other dog walking companies, actually works!), but my favorite part is the poop alerts, it’s nice to know that my girl is taken care of

I work from home and so I get to see the interaction of my dog walker with my pup. Boy does she get excited when Brianna shows up! She literally jumps up as soon as she hears her voice in the intercom, and when she comes back she’s such a happy dog. Brianna really loves my pup, and I’m so grateful for the level of attention and detail she provides. I’m also so grateful to Swifto, whenever I need an additional walk, they’re always able to accommodate, and give the same level of service even if the dog walker met my pup for the first time. I absolutely LOVE Swifto.

With Swifto, it’s obvious that the company truly cares about your dog. They really ask about every detail that may be important, and the walkers follow the instructions to the dot. When my regular walker was sick, I was worried that the cover walker won’t know what to do, but they keep such detailed notes about my pup, that the cover walker process was so smooth. I also love being able to schedule dog walks online, without having to call every time.

Swifto provides exceptional dog walking services. Their dog walkers are phenomenal: so nice, professional, friendly, and caring. It was such a comfort to actually know the person who was entering our apartment every day and spending so much time with our dog.

I've been using Swifto for about 2 years - they are the most reliable service I've ever used in any capacity. My dog Might loves Kelly more than he loves me and I think I'm ok with that. Everything about Swifto makes my life easier: the billing system, the ability to request and change walks online, the availability of substitute walkers, the responsiveness of Kelly and the team in the office, and most importantly the commitment and care they show for the dogs they walk! I could go on forever (Bonus because Kelly has snapped the best photos of my dog that exist to date). I can't speak to the quality of other dog walkers in New York because I would never bother to try anyone else, but based on conversations with friends who have, I truly believe Swifto is the best quality dog walking service out there.
