My wife and I are huge fans of Swifto and they have been sending us a walker for my terrier, Jojo every day when I’m at work. I love their professionalism and regularity. You can always plan your time knowing they will be punctual. They’re on time every single day, and it’s obvious that they really love dogs. Customer service is excellent, and if I ever need to change my schedule, they’re always super accommodating to whatever I need. Highly recommended!

When I first came to New York, I was worried about finding a dog walker for my puppy, yet I knew I can’t leave him home all day by himself. I researched and came across Swifto, so I decided to give them a try. During the meet and greet process, I was sold. My walker Lindsey asked all the right questions, and really seemed to be very knowledgeable about dogs. My puppy is now 2 years old and still had a daily walk with his walker Lindsey. They have GPS tracking, photo notifications and text alerts, plus they’re insured and bonded, which is always reassuring.

This company is incredible!
I nearly burst into tears when Mark texted me a photo of Magic and a report as to how she was doing. Mark has been so sweet, patient, and understanding. He was able to answer all my questions and assure me that Magic is safe and sound.
Obviously these dog walkers are angels and deserve the highest praise!!

A+ Highly responsive and extremely responsible. Their walkers are truly dog lovers. My dog is older and has trouble walking. Our walker Joel and now Dylan both ensure Maxie gets the TLC he needs and enjoys his outings. Also the communication during the walks is excellent, I get pictures and texts on how the walk went. Highly recommend!
