Sweet Science

Visiting from out of town and heard a lot of really great things. This rating is for the food because my service was not good at all by far the worst I've experienced. The food on the other hand was great, tasted really well. I loved that some of the meals included a drink and the avocado toast was bomb

Great place for brunch. Not too expensive, and very nice Bloody Mary's.

The biscuits and Mac and Cheese were both tasty but our Roasted Chicken and Shrimp and Grits weren't great. They clearly didn't pay attention to cooking things well or even deveining the shrimp.

The ambiance is nice. Dark and surprisingly spacious for a Brooklyn restaurant.

I really love the food here! The pulled pork burger is delicious! So is the chicken bucket with amazing biscuits. The chicken salad is great too. So is the steak. Also, I personally don't drink but my sisters really enjoy the frozen drinks. I met the owners and they're really sweet guys. The bartenders are super nice as well and will sometimes have a complimentary shot with you. The atmosphere is very relaxed and casual. Its a great place to have lunch in the day and to drink at night.

This place was very good! My cousin and I heard about it through a cousin who just recently moved to the NYC area. As southern girls from Texas we know good food when we taste it! I ordered the "Biggie Breakfast" and my cousin ordered the "Chicken and Waffles"/"Biscuits and Gravy" everything was delicious. I have been to some of New York's top steakhouses and non of the steaks have compared to the tender skirt steak served with my "Biggie Breakfast". The owner and his wife went around introducing themselves and checked to make sure everything was to the customers liking which scored extra points in my book! They were very friendly and attentive to the customers. I would suggest Brunch here to anyone! The feel of this place is something like a diner or old school cafe with a millennium spin! Be prepared to enjoy a nice atmosphere and good cooking!
