This is my third Swatch. A classically styled Irony Appia. My son and his wife who bought it for me
were most appreciative of the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. So was I: That night I managed
to break the wrist-band in the process of trying to open it (you press the two lateral protuberances
of the clasp). The staff graciously replaced the fancy wrist-band. I am most happy both with my new watch and with the Grand Central store.

Really nice Swatch store - so conveniently located in Grand Central - right in the middle of the store row. I like their clear walls - you can see all the colorful watches that lure you into the store to buy something. I like especially that their watches are water proof. Sales people are not pushy and are very helpful and let you try on all the watches without asking any questions. Great place to get a new watch.
