Swatch is a good watch. I visited this shop in April 2016. Staff were upbeat and professional. Visiting the shop added to my fun day.

We had a great experience here on Christmas Eve 2015. Times Square was a swarm of people and chaos. This store was an island of calm. Gabrielle helped us find a couple great watches to remind us our visit to NYC. She was terrific...great product knowledge and friendly. I highly recommend this store.
