Poorly run; bad service. I arrived around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to see 6 staff people and only 2 customers. I marked the 3rd customer in the store, but the 2 people who were working floated in between the 3 customers while the other ladies sat at their manicure desks reading magazines.
They immediately quoted me a price of $30 for a gel fill. They cut my nails and told me it was $35. They finished the job and told me is was $4 more for french. They offered to let me pay $1 more for quick dry or $10 more for a back massage. The up-sell strategy seemed staged, but it was hard to tell since all of the ladies working there only spoke to each other in Korean.
They told me it would take 45 minutes and from that time quote forward it was 1 hour and 10 minutes until they were done and another 5-10 minutes after that for my nails to dry.
