Sushi Samba has made a lasting impression on me! I went to Sushi Samba for the first time on Wednesday, 8/24/16. We were a half hour early for our reservation, but was seated promptly although the high con of customers. Our waitress, Katelyn, was fantastic. Great personality and very easy going. The food and drinks were all amazing. Definitely going to visit soon.

I was looking for a unique, high quality experience. Menu was great and the waiter was really helpful. I am a picky bastard but i feel they delivered. I had the gyoza, misti role and yellowtail. The yellowtail really stood out with a lemongrass jalapeno sauce that i could not get enough of. Topped it off with a hot sake. Pricey though. The ambiance did not live up to the price.

I came here for a birthday dinner with a group of 6 people. While waiting for everyone to arrive, I grabbed a drink at the bar. They have a good happy hour, drinks are $5-$7 and small plates are $5-$6 but it's only at the bar area. I really liked the lychee mojito. Once we got seated, we ordered a bunch of dishes to share: rock shrimp tempura, tuna tataki, salt/pepper squid, ceviche mariscos, samba 7 roll, neo tokyo roll, chicken teriyaki, and moqueca. The dishes were all tasty and excellently prepared. I liked the rolls, ceviche, and the moqueca the most out of all the dishes. The service was amazing, our waiter was very attentive and helpful the entire time.

Great quality sushi with a really good variety but at a pretty steep price. I was thrilled to see that they had Shochu but was shocked at the price especially when I know how much a whole bottle cost them. Service was a little slow considering they were not that busy, but the staff was very friendly and the manager stopped by to check on things which was nice. Great spicy scallops!
