Sushi You is one of the best sushi spots in Essex County. All of their items are fresh and delicious but the sushi sandwich is especially out of this world!

It's a quiet little spot that's bare bone and to the point which I enjoy. Sometimes these "modern upscale" spots can be overbearing and annoying. The place really falls short on the food. They sell themselves for having affordable sushi but prices are not that far from other local spots. But that wasn't the reason for me coming to this place. I just wanted a sushi fix and it was pretty disappointing...some of my rolls fell apart. Rice wasn't to quality. Presentation was lacking. The flavor is only just there. I suggest to find a different spot if you're looking for a satisfying fix. I really wanted to give this spot 3 stars but the food was just so underwhelming.

Food is good service suck!! Waiter walked passed us about 6 times before deicing to take our order. Didnt offer us soup like EVERY OTHER sushi place does. Nasty attitude from lady who brought us our crab salad no smile no thank you nothing. I felt like it was a bother for us going there to eat. Will not go again although like I said food was really good. Work on your people skills!!

Prices are great for such quality sushi. I order online sometimes and it works perfectly. I always order something different and I am never disappointed. By far the best sushi place I know.
