We have arrived on Sunday. No people ahead of us, but it took about 3 minutes for someone to meet us and seat us. All you can eat buffet, with sushi/sashimi made to order. We've ordered both, but got only sushi. So on the second order we've ordered just sashimi. Both were good, but sashimi were just tiny pieces thrown on the plate.
Green tea ice cream tasted like real Japanese ice cream.
Paid $50 for two, plus tip.
I'd recommend coming on Monday or Tuesday, when is around $13 per person.

I have been coming here since it opened. In answer to one skewed review on this site, I DO have an educated taste in Sushi. I have eaten here dozens of times. It has always been excellent and it is very sanitary and hygienic. Just watch the preparers at the sushi bar. They are professional and the sushi is fresh; you can see it for yourself.

As for service, be polite, as one should always be, and you will have a good experience.

My all time favorite Sushi place (tied with the sister restaurant in Westwood). It is all you can eat, but not buffet style. So you order everything you want (Sushi/Sashimi/Rolls/appetizers/dessert/salad/soup), they make it for you and bring it to you, then you can order more. Order as often as you want. Staff is great, never have to wait long for them to come by to take away your plate, or refill your water. It is BYOB which is always nice.

Highly recommend the spicy seaweed salad and the spicy bomb roll. My girlfriend and I usually order 2 giant platters and enjoy every bit of it. Reserve the tatami room for some great ambiance.

Pleasant experience for their unlimited sushi lunch special. It is not a buffet so nothing is sitting out in the open. You get a sheet with a limited number of items. You check off what you want and they bring it to you after it is prepared. I will go back again.
