Mostly business meetings. More upscale style sushi restaurant. Large pieces of sushi, great nabeyeki udon.

This is the sleeper sushi mecca in New York City. Repeatedly earning the highest scores from Zagats and critics, Sushi Sen-Nin is unquestionably one of the top half dozen sushi bars in the City, but because it doesn't have a celebrity chef or owner, or make a fetish out of 'the experience', it has consistently flown under the radar. You can therefore always get a reservation (or even walk in!) and get the freshest fish in New York. The only downside is that with great sushi comes high prices. If you're going for top of the line fish, you should expect to pay for it...
[Special tip: unknown to virtually everyone (including regulars) is that they are also one of the finest yakitori bars in New York! Hidden away in the back is an imported $20K yakitori grill that turns out mouthwatering delicacies. This is a place where you can confidently put yourself into the hands of the chef, and be delighted with whatever comes out.]

Sushi rolls the size of your forearm! Giant portions of delicious fish. Try the rainbow rolls. They do brown rice if you ask :)

I've never been told before, "excuse me, you haven't reached our minimum yet, please order more food." I didn't come here because I wanted buffet portions, I was mildly hungry and wanted to try it. NYC has become a very odd dining city.
The decor is also weird, it's half way between an Ikea showroom and a fish supermarket.
