Sushi of Gari TriBeCa

Stumbled onto this place while looking for dinner around union square. Really nice atmosphere, good service, and great food.
We especially liked their happy hour, which had a bunch of delicious appetizers on sale, as well as drinks and cocktails (only if you sit at the bar). My favorite item was the fish tacos, which were super fresh, simple but delicious.

Sorry this review isn't funny, I reserve that to my bad ones.

Spent happy hour here with some wine and appetizers to try. Very huge venue and a great place to relax and unwind after work. A large selection of wines to try. Nice date place or for groups. Heard you could make your own blend. Give it a try if you can't make it out to North Fork vineyards

The restaurant was out of the best selections such as uni, botan ebi and others but decided to seat us anyway. The manager was happy to charge us for sake though. I have plenty of other places to go to get tuna, yellowtail and mackerel so I won't be going back.

Get the omakase! The restaurant itself is not very nice, but the sushi is delicious

On December 2015
I ordered food from Sushi of Gari Tribeca the food was to arrive at Liberty Place.
The Delivery Man misunderstood the location.
the Delivery man called and was very rude on phone telling us to ''Hurry up'' I sent someone down , only to hear not only was he more rude he spewed racial slurs towards my Co-worker.
I was shocked,so I go downstairs to get an understaning with the guy,but he says curse words to me and rides off with the food.The Delivery man was tall and had 002 on the back of his orange jacket.then called the restaurant and spoke with a lady who was very Dissmissive, and put me on the phone with the Manager once. I spoke with the Manager was also Dissmissive and called me a '' LIAR''

I Ordered from the restaurant again on the January 4/2016,only to recieve more bad news.I call the restaurant tell them the address and phone number and before I can order, the same lady from before says. I Can not order any food because of previous complaint. I tell her the delivery man with 002 on the jacket because he was very rude and disrespectful.
Once again she did not try to help me and rush me off the phone.
I will never buy food in this Restaurant ever again !
