In the back of the market this sushi is all made fresh to order and is absolutely delicious! But quite expensive

Stopped in to the Gansevoort Market on my last trip to NYC with a friend just to browse around. In the rear left corner was a sushi stand, which they explained was meant to emulate the Japanese culture 100 years ago when sushi was sold in little boxes from vendors on the street. Anyway we bought a box and took it with us to eat on the high Line and it was REALLY good, fresh and tasty.
