First, I have to say if you are in need of stress relieve well Surya Yoga Academy in Jersey City , is your answer. I have been coming to this Surya Yoga Academy for about 6 months. Whatever your reason may be to practice Yoga, I confident your wants and needs will be found with happy results. The instructors are amazing in there Practice, but even more important they CARE!

So I decided to try out Surya's location in Jersey City. This place is STUNNING compared to the other hot studios I have been to. Love the fact that I could try various locations on the same trial membership. Been going 2-3 times a week. I am officially hooked to this Hot Yoga thing. Gotta thank my girlfriend..:)
