Food is good. Not to die for but it is certainly better than most places I've visited. It as the right atmosphere and the music that is always playing is great.

Just went to Surrender Cafe with my family and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend the sweet plantains stuffed with beef. We will be back.

It has been a while since I tasted good Puerto Rican cuisine and I am glad to say that Surrender Cafe has got it. I quickly new that this business was still in the beginning stage in the sense that it takes a while to fully mature a good business. Well this one is definitely off to a good start. The food was delicious and the service was detailed and professional. I especially liked the way they combined good authentic Caribbean delights, Mexican favorites and American taste. My hat goes off to management for a good eye to service and knowing what people are looking for. Look out for this one folks I would not be surprised if in a couple of years there were a chain of Surrender cafe's. I liked it so much I am gathering my restaurant hopping friends and meeting for a night of good food, great service and did I mention good background music.
